Accessibility statement

We endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Status: 25 June 2025

Accessibility status

This website is partially accessible. The requirements for digital accessibility in accordance with the BFSG are partially fulfilled.

The following measures to improve accessibility have already been implemented:

  • The website is keyboard accessible, all important functions can be used without a mouse.
  • Texts have a high colour contrast to the background (at least 4.5:1).
  • The font size is customisable; users can enlarge it using an integrated accessibility plugin.
  • The plugin can also be used to activate line spacing, a font for people with reading difficulties (e.g. dyslexia) and a high contrast mode.
  • The website is responsive and works on different devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop).
  • The first alternative texts for images have been added.

Which areas are not barrier-free?

Sections that are not accessible:

  • Some PDF files are not available in an accessible format. Accessible preparation would represent a disproportionate burden.
  • Not all embedded images have meaningful alternative texts. This content is only accessible to screen reader users to a limited extent. A revision is planned.
  • Embedded videos currently do not contain subtitles or audio descriptions. This means that the content is only accessible to deaf or blind users to a limited extent.
  • In editorial content, headings are occasionally not set in the correct order.
  • In some cases, the corresponding autocomplete attributes are missing from forms for user-defined fields.
  • If the page content is enlarged significantly (zoom), it may be cut out and overlap.
